We want you to love your chaos. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If you're an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at our store email before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and reason (optional).
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back unworn, unwashed and in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
4. We'll refund the full product price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Since our products are printed on demand, this is the fastest way to resolve print quality issues.
