Terms of Service

1. About us

Chaotic Darling sells print-on-demand apparel. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & contract

An order becomes a binding contract when we send you the order confirmation email. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We may cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

3. Production & delivery

Our products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partners. Production usually takes 2-5 business days, plus delivery time shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods - see our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

5. Products

Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and the print process. Care instructions are provided with each product - following them keeps your print alive longer than most situationships.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, characters (Ferri, Nyx, Olive, Rosie, Ruby, Chihukapuka, Dober-Man), texts and images in this store are the property of Chaotic Darling and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Latvian law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes may be resolved by the consumer dispute resolution bodies (PTAC in Latvia) or the EU ODR platform, or the courts of Latvia.
